Privacy policy
This page says which data we process, what for and for how long. It covers this site and, in short, the E-BACKUP service.
Updated on October 6, 2026.
Who we are
E-BACKUP is operated by ATG Soluções, located at R. Dr. Diogo de Faria, 55, Vila Clementino, São Paulo, SP, Brazil.
For any matter about personal data, contact the data protection officer at contato@e-backup.cloud.
What this site collects
This site uses no cookies, has no form, and loads no audience measurement or advertising tool.
Like every web server, ours records each access: IP address, date and time, requested page and the browser reported. These records keep the site running and help investigate attacks.
We count how many times the contact buttons are clicked. The count stays on our server, with no cookie and without tying the click to a person.
Everything the page loads, fonts included, comes from our own server. None of your data goes to third parties when you open the site.
When you talk to us
If you reach us by WhatsApp or e-mail, we receive what you send: name, phone or e-mail and the content of the conversation. We use it to reply, prepare a proposal and provide support.
WhatsApp is a Meta service and follows its privacy policy.
The data in your backups
In the E-BACKUP service, the customer decides what to copy and for how long to keep it. We process that data on the customer's behalf, under the contract.
- Data is encrypted on the machine, before it is sent. The server stores encrypted blocks.
- The customer chooses the region where data lives: Brazil, United States or Europe.
- We do not read, sell or use backup content for any other purpose.
- When the contract ends, data is deleted within the agreed period.
Data of console users
To sign in to the console we keep name, e-mail, password protected by a key derivation algorithm and the two-step verification secret, encrypted. The audit trail records who did what, with date and IP address, because that is what makes investigating an incident possible.
Free trial sign-up
The site has no form. Free trial sign-up happens in the console, at console.e-backup.cloud.
At sign-up we receive name, e-mail, company and, if you provide it, phone number. We also record the IP address, the browser, the version of the terms accepted and the date of acceptance.
We use this data to create the trial account, send the activation link and the trial notices, and for the sales team to get in touch.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to a contract, at your request. The data is kept while the trial and the relationship last; the record of acceptance of the terms is kept as evidence for the legal period.
Why we may process this data
- Performance of a contract, to deliver the service and support.
- Legal obligation, to keep access records.
- Legitimate interest, to protect the site and the service against attacks.
- Steps taken at your request, when you contact us before signing up.
For how long
- Site access records: at least six months, as required by Brazilian law (Marco Civil da Internet).
- Sales and support conversations: while the relationship lasts and for the legal period afterwards.
- Account and backup data: while the contract is active and for the retention period set by the customer.
Who we share with
With the infrastructure providers where data is stored, which receive encrypted blocks, and with authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
Under the Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) you may ask for confirmation that we process your data, access, correction, deletion, portability and information about whom it was shared with. Write to contato@e-backup.cloud. We reply within 15 days.
If the data is inside a backup, the request must go to the customer that hired the service, who decides about it. You may also complain to the Brazilian data protection authority (ANPD).
